Alternate with your regular shampoo. You should apply to wet hair, massage into lather, rinse and repeat if necessary. For excessive build-up, you should leave it on 5-10 minutes. You use and follow with your favourite Redken conditioner and in case of contact with eyes, rinse your hands and your eyes with your face immediately.
